DC Advisory Partners advised telent GmbH (“telent”) on the sale of its operating business to euromicron AG (“euromicron”). The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
telent is the largest independent German multi-vendor systems integration and network services provider for mission critical data and communication networks (Wide Area Networks), with a strong focus on the transport, public authorities, energy and telecommunication sectors. Along with the key “multi-service, multi-vendor, multi-technology” capability, telent has developed deep competencies across a range of technologies and products, demonstrated by accreditations and strong relationships with a number of leading equipment partners including Ericsson, Keymile, Cisco, and Motorola.
telent is headquartered in Backnang and generated revenues of over € 90m with 400 employees in the current financial year 2010/11. Since 2007 the Company has been owned by the London based asset management company Pension Corporation LLC.
